Makes : 1 cup
- Fresh mint leaves – 1/2 cup (loosely packed)
- Fresh Cilantro – 1 cup (loosely packed)
- Lime juice – 2 teaspoon
- Jaggery – 1/2 teaspoon
- White pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Water – 1 cup (or as needed)
- Salt – as needed
Blend everything into a fine puree. Digestive green chutney is ready.
Make it fresh every time just before consuming. Do not store the leftover. It gets oxidized and becomes a toxin to the body.
