Digestive Green Chutney for chaat

Digestive Green Chutney

Makes : 1 cup

  • Fresh mint leaves – 1/2 cup (loosely packed)
  • Fresh Cilantro – 1 cup (loosely packed)
  • Lime juice – 2 teaspoon
  • Jaggery – 1/2 teaspoon
  • White pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water – 1 cup (or as needed)
  • Salt – as needed

Blend everything into a fine puree. Digestive green chutney is ready.

Make it fresh every time just before consuming. Do not store the leftover. It gets oxidized and becomes a toxin to the body.
