Here is the Simple Lunch menu.

  • Saffron Rice
  • Mixed Dal (Similar to this recipe. I used mixture of 3 lentils(red lentil, green mung, toor dhal)
  • Palak Paneer (I just pureed it)
  • Okra Subji
  • Takra (Oops! Forgot to include it in the pic)
  • Papad
