Here is a simple lunch menu.

  • Plain Rice
  • Kadhamba Sambar Sambar/Mixed Vegetable Sambar (Similar to Murungakkaai Sambar)
  • Cranberry Poricha Rasam (Similar to Dried Cherries Rasam. Instead of cherries, I used 6-7 fresh cranberries)
  • Okra Subji
  • Neer Moor/ Takra
  • Sutta Appalam/ Toasted Pappad
