Healthy and Tasty Mixed Vegetable Raagi Paniyaaram is ready!
Note:
- Ragi/ Finger Millet pacifies Kapha but aggravates Vata and pitta. This recipe uses mixed veggies which will make this dish tridoshic if had in moderation.
- Beet Green can be substituted with Spinach, Kale or Swiss Chard.
- Don’t chop the paniyaarams too small. Just slice each paniyaaram into 4 pieces.
